Amazing achievement for estate agency

A Wokingham estate agency has been named the top selling agent in the town for the fourth consecutive year.

The accolade for David Cliff Estate Agents in Peach Street came from leading property portal Rightmove, and is based on transactions for properties listed on its website.

David Cliff, owner and founder of the firm, told Wokingham Today: “To be honest, whilst to have shown consistency like this is amazing and a huge compliment to the team, we mainly see it as a strong marker that we are giving a style of estate agency that the public likes.

“At the end of the day, this is what is truly important.

“If I’m totally honest, we didn’t open the David Cliff agency to be ‘number one’. We established it to do agency our way, and this shows us that we must be doing something right.

“We’ve seen agencies come and go which is sad, but we wanted longevity, and so far we are well on the way to achieving it.”
