WOKINGHAM was filled with festival goers at the weekend, as thousands packed into Elms Field for the town’s annual Party In The Park.
Organised by Wokingham Town Council, the event was a treat for live music fans, with music from Abba Fever, Majestix, Le Freak, and headline act Women In Rock.

The free entry festival included street food, with families able to picnic on the grass while enjoying the sounds from the main stage..
Wokingham town mayor, Councillor Rob Comber, said: “Party in the Park 2024 was a rousing success.

“Visitors’ spirits were high, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
“The line up, starting with ABBA Fever and ending with Women in Rock, was inspired, and people of all ages, from ten to 80, were singing along with the hits.

“A brilliant event, and one we are incredibly proud of.
“My thanks go to the council officers and the team at Yes Events who made it all happen.”
