David Cliff has been named as the best-selling real estate firm in Wokingham for an incredible fifth year in a row.
The accolade from property portal Rightmove, is awarded to the agency responsible for the most property sales in the town.
A jubilant David Clidd told Wokingham Today: “To be honest I feel this is a bigger achievement than I give the team credit for.
“Wokingham is such a competitive town, with more than 10 estate agents of all different styles and sizes, so to move more people than anyone else consistently for five years is quite incredible.
“All that said, the support we receive from the community is quite humbling, but also tells us that we are doing it right.
“We live and work in an area where people aren’t afraid of telling you if you’re doing a good job, or not, and I like that.
“We don’t always get it right, we make mistakes, we’re human, but we always always put the client first and the fees second, and that’s a simple rule to follow.
“Whilst we don’t expect or need to be number one forever, consistency is key, and we won’t change who we are.”
