TV stars gave a boost for the Poppy Appeal by collecting on the streets of Wokingham today (Saturday, October 31).
Actors Bob Barrett and Carol Harrison swapped the small screen for the collecting tin as they took on their greatest role yet: selling poppies.
The stars rattled tins and sold poppies by the historic Town Hall as the Wokingham branch of the Poppy Appeal launched its local campaign.
Afterwards, the Holby City and EastEnders stars enjoyed a well-earned pint in local pub The Broad Street Tavern.
