Wokingham borough council is supporting a drop-in event for anyone interested in working at the new Saimsbury’s supermarket in Arborfield Green.
The event at Arborfield Green community centre will take place between 1.30pm and 3pm on Wednesday, July 9. There’s no need to book.
More than 70 roles are available, offering flexible and part-time hours, with a mix of permanent and temporary positions.
You’ll be able to speak to the My Journey Wokingham active travel team about getting around the borough, while our community engagement team will be there to answer general questions about life in your area.
There’ll also be advisors from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to offer support around benefits when moving into work.
