A man has been arrested after a teenager was assaulted in Crowthorne last Sunday lunchtime.
Now Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following the incident which took place on Sunday, April 2 around 1.40pm on Lower Broadmoor Road.
Police said that three people were in a silver car which drove past the 19-year-old as he was walking along the road, which is just off the High Street.
The car stopped and a man got out, before walking over the victim and assaulting him.
The victim then fell to the ground, where the man assaulted him again.
During the attack, the teenager sustained head and facial injuries and was taken to the Royal Berkshire Hospital for treatment. He has since been discharged.
Following the incident, a 25-year-old man from Bracknell has been arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning ABH. He has been released under investigation.
