Baslow Road to be closed for roadworks

BASLOW Road in Winnersh will be temporarily closed on Thursday (15) for roadworks to be carried out.

Wokingham Borough Council contractors will be removing a raised tarmac island at the junction with Chatsworth Avenue, and the road will be closed when traffic signs are displayed.

Access for residents and business users will be maintained at all times.

The alternative route for all vehicles will be via A329 Reading Road, B3030 King Street Lane and Churchill Drive or by that route reversed.

The works are expected to last for one day.
