A substantial part of Woodley town centre is set to come under the hammer at a commercial property auction next week.
Auction house Acuitus has listed the freehold for the five shops and seven residential properties at its sale on July 10th.
The guide price is listed as £3.5 million.
The lot at 130-162 Crockhamwell Road comprises an entire unbroken parade providing five shops (including a triple-fronted grocery store and two double-fronted shops on the ground floor, with seven separately accessed maisonettes on the upper two floors.
Commercial tenants include Greggs, Peacocks, a large grocery store, a takeaway and a charity shop.
The properties are listed as producing a coined annual return of more than £375,000.
Wokingham borough council owns several nearby properties as part of its investment property portfolio.
