A THAMES Valley-based law firm that is about to launch an office in Wokingham has been named Property Law Firm of the Year.
The accolade was made at the 2023 Insider South East Property Awards earlier this month.
The ceremony recognises the commitment, hard work and achievements of property professionals across Surrey, Sussex, Kent, the Thames Valley and the Solent.
And it was Blandy & Blandy, which also has offices in Reading and Henley, that won the honour. It was presented during a ceremony held at Lingfield Park Racecourse on Thursday, July 13.
Partner Katja Wigham, head of Blandy & Blandy’s Commercial Property team, said: “Well done to colleagues in our Commercial Property and Planning Law teams and thank you to the judges and organisers.
“We are delighted to win this award, which is a strong reflection of our teams’ experience, expertise and commitment to delivering first-rate legal services and client care.”
It wasn’t the only awards success for Blandy & Blandy. One the same day, it was announced the firm was a finalist in the Property Law firm of the Year category at The Thames Valley Property Awards, taking place at Ascot Racecourse this autumn.
“We are also very pleased to be shortlisted for this award for the third time, having won in 2017, and very much look forward to attending the Thames Valley Property Awards later this year,” said Ms Wigham.
