PROPERTY buyers can use a local law firm with confidence after it was given a clean bill of health by its industry body.
Reading-based Blandy & Blandy LLP said that s pleased to have been reaccredited by the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).
The Law Society said: “The process of buying and selling a home is probably the largest transaction that most people undertake in their lives. By obtaining CQS accreditation a firm can demonstrate that its practice has the skill and expertise to provide quality residential conveyancing advice.
“Obtaining CQS accreditation also demonstrates that a firm is able to provide residential conveyancing advice of the level expected by clients, lenders and the wider residential conveyancing community.”
Blandy & Blandy, which also has offices in Henley, said that its residential property and conveyancing team regularly handle sales of all sizes and levels of complexity every month.
