Two teams from Platinum Artemis Cheer, a Bracknell cheerleading programme, are celebrating major wins – including highly coveted invitations to compete in the USA in 2026.
Pink Diamonds, an elite team made up of top athletes from the programme’s senior teams, recently impressed at a national competition where they took home Judges’ Choice Award, National Champions, and a Bid to one of the most prestigious international cheer competitions Allstar Worlds which wiil be held in Florida in April 2026.
Earlier in the year, Sapphire, another one of Platinum Artemis Studios fantastic senior teams, gained 1st place at a regional competition and their high scored also earned them a Bid to another highly prestigious competition, The Open Championships, that will also be held in Florida in April 2026.
These achievements mark a huge success in the first season for Platinum Artemis Cheer, formed just last July through the merger of Platinum Allstars and Artemis Bracknell Cheer.
Now home to almost 200 athletes and a coaching team of 10 experienced and qualified professionals, the programme is growing fast—and is ready to welcome new talent.
Tryouts for the 2025/26 season take place the week of 7th July at Bracknell Gymnastics Club, in a full-size cheer gym. The 90-minute sessions cost just £10, and athletes from age 6 to adult are encouraged to sign up. With nine competitive teams, including both tumble and non-tumble options, there’s a place for beginners.
A select few athletes may even be invited to join the travel teams —with the chance to perform internationally and represent the UK at events like The Cheer Worlds and The Open in the USA next season.
