This week has certainly been a memorable one on the local sporting circuit.
In football, Binfield and Woodley United both reached cup finals, Reading completed a remarkable comeback to defeat Brentford at Madejski Stadium and Sumas won a thriller against Finchampstead.
On the rugby circuit there were victories for Redingensians and Bracknell while South Berkshire Men got back to winning ways on the hockey field and Hawkedon Primary won their third Wokingham Schools Tournament in a row
