LOYAL customers at cafés across the UK can enjoy special perks, including at Wokingham’s Sedero Lounge.
Loungers, the chain which operates Sedero, in Central Walk, has launched a passport loyalty scheme to offer exclusive rewards and ‘money-can’t-buy’ gifts.
Passport owners can collect a sticker at each Lounge they visit, which can be redeemed for rewards.
The ‘travel document’ unlocks a free hot drink once ‘travellers’ have gained three stickers, and a cocktail or mocktail when they collect five.
Rewards increase in value the more stickers collected, with 15 stickers earning a tapas board and drink.
There are prizes all the way up to 150 stickers (which marks a complete passport), with special rewards available for intrepid explorers who collect even more.
The scheme is a response to customers’ desire to track the different sites they had visited.
“The passports are all about evoking a fun sense of adventure and exploration,” said Kate Eastwood, Lounge managing director.
Stickers are available at all 263 Lounges across England and Wales, as well as at the group’s four Brightside Roadside diners.
Each Lounge has a unique sticker, designed to reflect its name or location.
Loungers also plans to release ‘super special, ultra-rare golden stickers’ for adventurers to look out for.
Passports can be bought from the team at any Lounge.
They cost £3 each, all of which goes to charities supported by each individual Lounge.
