There will be six candidates for the vacant Maiden Erleagh and Whitegrates seat on Wokingham borough council.
The election, which will take place on Thursday, June 5, is taking place as a result of the death of former councillor Norman Jorgensen.
Standing will be Andy Croy (Labour), Sara Gillman (Trade Unionist and Social Coalition), Guy Grandison (Conservative), Andrew Harris (Reform), Samuel Langlois (Green) and Mike Smith (Liberal Democrat).
Counting will take place immediately after the polls close at 10pm on June 5.
