“So there is hope for your descendants,” declares the LORD. “Your children will return to their own land.”
Jeremiah 31:17
There is hope in your future.
Sometimes in the middle of a situation we begin to panic, we feel pressurised (work, exams, family…)
Whatever we are going through it is good to take a breath and see the big picture.
In Jeremiah we see there is hope in our future in God, even in difficult times, when we trust Him. Jeremiah spoke from personal experience.
He was known by some as the weeping prophet.
He lived in a world of chaos, but yet was able to write there is hope in your future.
The writer of Paslms 46:1, talks about God being our help in our very present trouble. Sometimes we may even wonder if God is there, does He see our trouble.
Well He does, and has plans for you and future, but it needs us to step back, look at Him and allow Him to work out His purposes in our lives.
In a time of uncertainty across the nation, it’s good to know not just that God is or comforter but He is our hope in the future.
We though need to step back, take a breath and follow Him into the future.
