Each day brings a range of activities: quizzes, bingo, seated exercise, armchair tai chi, flower arranging, crafts, board games, gardening, singing sessions, and occasional live entertainment. Members are encouraged to suggest new ideas, keeping the programme fresh and inclusive.

Thanks to a partnership with Therapies on Thames, on-site physiotherapy, chiropody, and hairdressing services are available—supporting both well-being and confidence.
