WOKINGHAM picked up a vital win as they took the bragging rights in their local clash with FINCHAMPSTEAD.

Finchampstead batted first and put 230 on the board before they were all out.

Tommie Predgen top scored with 55, while Oaks bowler Chris Peploe performed superbly to take five wickets.

The Oaks started strongly with the bat as opening batsman Imran Malik totalled 75 before 56 not out from Sukhmeet Kang helped to guide them to victory by four wickets.

WARGRAVE remain in third position after they beat Henley by 23 runs.

BCM Championship

EMMBROOK AND BEARWOOD wrapped up the league title with a 17-run success at Ley Hill.

Jack Narraway hit 68 for the Bears to see them onto 226 before Andy Robertson collected three wickets to have Ley all out on 179.

With one game to go, Emmbrook have an unassailable lead at the top on 527 points which puts them more than 100 points above closest challengers Penn & Tylers Green.

CROWTHORNE & CROWN WOOD collected victory with a convincing display against Braywood.

An exceptional bowling performance from Anthony Cluett saw the Crows bowler pick up seven wickets to see his side to a 106-run win.

SHINFIELD lost out by 59 runs against Great Kingshill.

Crowthorne are in sixth place, while Shinfield are in fifth with one more game left to play.
