A FIRE which broke out at a house in Twyford completely destroyed a bathroom, but amazingly no other part of the property was damaged.
Firefighters from Wokingham Road station were called to the address in Colleton Drive at 11.30 this morning after a neighbour raised the alarm.
Upon arrival, the crews found no evidence of a fire, until they opened a window and smoke began pouring out.
Two firefighters using breathing apparatus and a hose reel doused the flames, which had been entirely contained to the bathroom.
Fire investigators are looking into the cause of the blaze, which was believed to be electrical.
Thankfully, no-one was home at the time of the fire.
