Southern League Premier South

BRACKNELL TOWN missed out on the chance to cut the gap on the teams above them after they lost 3-1 at home to Dorchester Town.

The visitors raced into a shock 3-0 lead before the Robins found a late consolidation goal from Joe Grant.

The result leaves Bracknell in eighth spot on 45 points from 31 games.

Isthmian South Central

BINFIELD stay in the relegation places after they were dealt their 18th defeat in 27 games.

Despite their improved form of late, the Moles lost out at South Park.

Dontaye Whittaker was on the scoresheet early in the second-half for Binfield to cancel out South Park’s opener, but the hosts scored the decisive goal with 20 minutes to go to claim the points.

Binfield are in 20th place on 15 points, six points adrift of safety.

Combined Counties Premier North

WOKINGHAM & EMMBROOK picked up a point on the road when they visited fellow relegation rivals Walllingford & Crowmarsh.

With both teams desperate for points, they each claimed one each in a goalless draw.

The result keeps the Sumas above Wallingford in 18th on 20 points, but Wallingford have three games in hand.

READING CITY are in 10th place after they were beaten 2-0 by Harefield United.

Combined Counties Division One

BERKS COUNTY were held at home by London Colney as their title hopes took a hit.

Despite picking up a point in a 1-1 draw, Berks’ result means that league leaders Amersham Town were able to extend their advantage at the top by picking up another win.

The Swords are in second spot on 64 points from 29 games and trail the table toppers by 12 points.

EVERSLEY & CALIFORNIA remain in the play-off places despite suffering a narrow defeat to top of the table Amersham.

Callum Samuel-Harman netted for the Boars, but they were edged out by the leaders in a 2-1 loss.

Eversley are in fifth on 54 points from 27 games.

YATELEY UNITED were on the end of a surprising home defeat to Rising Ballers Kensington.

Yateley shipped three goals without reply which keeps them in third place on 60 points from 30 games.

BTC Senior Cup

BURGHFIELD booked their place in the final four of the competition with a home success over Holyport Reserves.

Goals from Adam Telford and Elliott Telford helped the Fielders to a 2-1 win to continue their progress in the cup.

READING YMCA also made it through to the semi-finals as they produced a comeback to defeat Windsor & Eton.

The visitors had a 1-0 half-time lead, but YMCA came fighting back to win the match with an equaliser from Joel Burton before Pele Hagger hit the winner to send them through.

Thames Valley Premier League

WARGRAVE picked up their eighth win in 15 matches with a 3-0 triumph over READING CITY U23s.
