The owner of a semi-detached house in Earley has won approval to convert a garage into habitable accommodation.
The house in Lakeside near the Maiden Erlegh Nature Reserve has three bedrooms upstairs, and regular living facilities and a garage at ground level.
The garage can now be converted into a ground-floor bedroom after the owner won approval for the proposal from Wokingham Borough Council’s planning department
The project involves replacing the garage door with bricks and a window in-keeping with the existing house.
