WOULD you Adam and Eve it? A Woodley rub-a-dub will be holding a Cockney day this Sunday.
And organisers are hoping you’ll take a butcher’s hook at its day of entertainment.
There will be some in the nude (food) that will put a sandy lyle on the face of any Londoner born within the sound of the bow bells: pie, mash and liquor.
Live music will come from The Cockney Sparrows, a band that will provide a good old knees up and singalong.
And with proceeds from the day going to Help For Heroes, the pub is hoping to raise a monkey or two, so visitors should bring plenty of bees and honey.
It all takes place from noon at The Chequers in Crockhamwell Road.
