THE OLDEST Indian restaurant in Wokingham will open the doors to its brand new café this Thursday.
And to celebrate the restaurant are offering half price food and drinks.
The café’s menu has been developed by award-winning chef Kuldeep Singh. It includes quick bites, Indian lunchboxes, fresh juices, teas, coffees, cakes and milkshakes.
Mr Singh opened several London restaurants including Mela, which won the London Evening Standard Indian Restaurant of the Year award.
Sunil Chopra, Sultan Café director, said the emphasis of the menu is on locally sourced fresh produce.
“If you haven’t got time to sit down, we offer a full takeaway service and will deliver to businesses in an around the town centre.
“We’ll also be serving a proper breakfast, but it’ll be a little different from the full English – more like a full Indian.
“People can come and do some work while using the free WiFi or relax and watch the world go by.”
