Police have arrested a 20-year-old man in Bracknell after a vehicle stop led to the discovery of suspected Class A drugs.
Officers from the Priority Crime Team (PCT), supported by the Incident Crime Response (ICR) unit and Bracknell neighbourhood officers, stopped a vehicle on Ringmead, Great Hollands, on 29 March 2026.
Following a search of the driver and the vehicle, officers conducted an enhanced strip search after the driver admitted to concealing suspected drugs in his clothing. Police recovered 10 zip‑lock bags containing a white powder.
The man, from Yateley in Hampshire, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs. He has since been interviewed and released on bail while enquiries continue.
A spokesperson for the local police said the operation was part of ongoing efforts to tackle drug supply in the area. Residents are encouraged to report any suspicious activity to help keep the community safe.
