A CHARITY that helps people with Multiple Sclerosis has been presented with a donation from a bike ride and a concert.
Members of Wokingham Choral Society raised £955 for the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre from its summer show as well as the sponsored cycle event.
At a recent rehearsal, the society’s new chair, Fabio Marques, presented a cheque to Tamzin Cordery, events and community fundraiser for the charity.
The choral society’s autumn concert, to be held at the Great Hall of the University of Reading on Saturday, November 18, from 7.30pm.
The programme includes the Maria Theresa Mass in B-flat major by Haydn.
