Squire’s Garden Centres has launched its new autumn/winter menu with a range of seasonal specials joining the line-up of popular favourites available.
There are dishes with warm and hearty flavours, with something to suit everyone’s appetite, whether it’s a light bite or something more substantial.
New additions include pulled beef chilli jacket potato with Sussex charmer cheddar, while joining the Café Bar Mains are Malaysian curry (vegan), mushroom & dolcelatte risotto (vegetarian) and pumpkin & ricotta ravioli (vegetarian).
Desserts are warming and indulgent sweet treats, including chocolate fondant with clotted cream and raspberry ripple ice cream, and lotus biscoff cheesecake served with toffee sauce and toffee fudge ice cream.
The new menu also sees the addition of a new range to the Brasserie menu – small plates. Delivering smaller-sized portions with big, bold flavours, small plates are great for a lighter meal or perfect to share.
The flavoursome range includes duck or vegetable gyozas, red pepper houmous with pumpkin seeds, smoked paprika and warm flatbread, crispy shredded chicken, spicy battered cauliflower, halloumi & harissa flatbread and sweet potato & chorizo hash.
Sarah Squire, chairman of Squire’s Garden Centres, said: “We are excited to bring our customers our latest menu with some fresh, new flavours, perfect for the coming season when warming dishes are what’s required.
“The new menu offers a great selection of dishes, perfectly complementing many of our customers’ favourites, with some wonderful new flavours.
“Our new ‘small plates’ selection offers some great new additions for our customers looking for a slightly smaller meal or for sharing too.”
Squire’s Café Bars are open seven days a week and serve a comprehensive menu through the day including breakfast, lunch, sweet treats and afternoon tea..
