Plans for a restaurant opening in Crowthorne have been approved.
The Vault 327 restaurant is set to open at the end of this month on the High Street in the town centre. It will be occupying the premises of Triple BBB’s Smokehouse, which closed in 2023.
The new restaurant will be able to open its doors for breakfast, lunch and dinner, after having its opening hours approved by the council.
It will open from 8am to 11:30pm from Monday to Thursday and from 8am until 12am on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. This is a change from the existing opening hours of 12pm until 11pm.
Once open, the restaurant will be serving modern European Cuisine and drinks.
Owners are currently fitting the last of the kitchen equipment, before having a soft launch.
The restaurant has also been granted permission to play live and recorded music into the evening following a licence application approval by Bracknell Forest Council.
Owners shared to social media in April, saying: “We are spending time, effort and love to make sure that we will only open when we are fully ready to bring out fabulous food and the best service in a really quite unique restaurant.
“We have completely transformed inside and we really can’t wait for you all to enjoy this.
“Thank you again for all your continued support and messages.”
