YATELEY Choral Society have chosen a phoenix to illustrate their latest concert, the first since the pandemic prevented them from performing.
The group will be at St Swithun’s Church in Firgrove Road in Yateley on Saturday, November 13.
Starting at 7.45pm, the programme features Mendelssohn’s Hear my Prayer, Mozart’s Ave Verum, Brahms’ How lovely are thy dwellings, and Parry’s Blest pair of Sirens.
Conducted by Quintin Beer, the singers will be accompanied by Elen Lloyd Roberts, soprano, Rebecca Leggett, mezzo-soprano, James Orford, organ.
Tickets cost £14, £5 for students and under 16s get in free.
