Thames Valley Police is appealing for information after it received reports of rape near Wokingham town centre.
The incident happened on London Road.
Police cordons were in place at King George V playing fields between London Road and Easthampstead Road last Wednesday evening (May 29) and into Wednesday.
A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police told Wokingham Today: “At around 4.02pm on Wednesday, May 29, we received reports of a rape on London Road, Wokingham.
“Officers are investigating.
“A 15-year-old boy from Wokingham was arrested on suspicion of rape and has been released on conditional bail.
