Thames Valley Police are appealing for witnesses and footage after a vehicle failed to stop in a road traffic collision in Winnersh.
The collision took place on the Davis Street junction with Sandford Lane at around 3:40pm on Sunday, June 29th.
A blue Ford car collided with a moped at the junction and the driver of the Ford failed to stop at the scene of the collision.
The moped rider, a man in his twenties, suffered serious injuries and required hospital treatment. He has since been discharged.
Investigating officer PC Anthony Alderson, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses to this collision, which left a man with serious injuries, or who may have seen the car or moped involved prior to the collision, to please come forward.
“I would also ask anyone who was driving in the area at the time to check their dash-cam footage, as it may have captured something that could help with our enquiries.
