A REAL estate firm with a head office in Crowthorne has appointed a new operations director for its sales division.

Tom Clempson, a long-standing employee of Leaders Romans Group, based in Wokingham, has been promoted to the role, which will involve working closely with prop-tech partners, integrating acquired business and overseeing several central Sales Departments within the group.

These include Move Management, Sales Admin and AML Compliance, all to drive efficiency and productivity throughout the branch network.

He was previously the firm’s head of sales operations and, prior to that, led teams of Lettings, sales and customer service agents in the LRG contact centre.

He started as a move consultant.

Kevin Shaw, LRG’s national sales managing director, said: “I am delighted to announce Tom’s promotion to operations director, sales.

“Congratulations Tom.”
