Seven gardens in Swallowfield will open their gates to visitors next month.
The annual event which will be held on Sunday, July 7, will allow locals to enjoy the sights of several green havens as part of the National Open Gardens Scheme.
Each garden offers its own point of interest and can be found by the Whitewater, Blackwater and Loddon rivers.
5 Beehive Cottages is a white cottage adorned by bright flower beds, hanging plants and garden ornaments.
Greenwings is a large garden laid mostly to lawn with numerous flower beds, two ponds and an orchid house.
Wessex House is a half-acre garden with rose beds, raised vegetable beds, a pond, large greenhouse and a special model railway.
Loddon Lower Farm is a two-acre garden with some mature trees and attractive borders.
Brambles Farm is wheelchair friendly. It will serve homemade teas and is a large landscaped garden with a cedar pavilion, herbaceous perennials, large trees and chickens.
Lambs Farmhouse is wheelchair friendly and is on the outskirts of the village. This spacious garden has a varied mature planting in beds. Garden is now in development in the hands of new owners, assisted by a horticulturalist.
Brookside Nursery is owned by a retired nurseryman and includes large areas of wildflowers with grass walks between lovely trees, beehives, and a large pond as well as an inspirational vegetable garden.
The gardens are open from 2pm to 6pm. Entry is £6 for adults and children go free.
