A TEENAGE boy is due to appear in court in connection with an assault in Finchampstead.
The 14-year-old from Finchampstead, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been summoned to appear at Maidenhead Magistrates’ Youth Court on August 3 in connection with the incident, which took place in Nine Mile Ride on March 27.
The 12-year-old victim was assaulted as he walked home from school, but he was not injured during the incident.
