A TENANT has been agreed for Peach Place, but due to commercial confidentiality, Wokingham Borough Council can’t say who it is yet.
The Executive voted to approve the application for “a specific tenant letting” and to agree that “all future tenant lettings would be delegated to the director of corporate services”.
Cllr Stuart Munro, Executive Member for Regeneration, said: “This will lead to a swifter and more flexible process and give confidence to individual tenants”.
Unfortunately, because the information relating to the let is restricted, The Wokingham Paper cannot report on the identity of the tenant.
