From Waterloo to The Day Before You Came, ABBA is one of the world’s most popular bands with an impressive discography.
And some of those tunes will be performed once again thanks to tribute band Gimmie Abba.
The group will be at Norden Farm later this month as part of its 20th anniversary tour.
It is full of all the popular songs known and loved by millions, along with some additional tunes to please the most ardent ABBA fan. The many costume changes, choreographed dance routines and four-part vocal harmonies come together to recreate that original ABBA party feel.
This stage show has developed over the years into more than just another ABBA tribute show, reproducing the charismatic stage presence of the flamboyant and glam foursome.
Since forming 20 years ago, Gimme ABBA have enjoyed theatre shows, concerts and festivals worldwide with performances in France, Holland, Germany, Cyprus, Malta, Spain, Brazil, Portugal and nationwide in the United Kingdom.
Their appearance at Norden Farm promises to be a jam-packed spectacular performance totaling more than two hours including even more songs and fascinating theatrical elements.
