Wokingham Town’s first league match under its former, historic name in what will be the 150th season since formation will be a local derby at Reading City.
The fixture is a repeat of the club’s opening league match last season, which ended in a 3-1 victory for the Reading side.
The Sumas will play in the extra preliminary round at Binfield on Saturday, August 3, before making the short trip to Scours Lane for a Combined Counties League Premier North match against the Cityzens on Tuesday, August 6.
On Saturday, August 10, they will travel to newly promoted Amersham Town.
Progression in the FA Cup would mean a trip to the winners of Gloucester-based Longlevens or Winslow United from Buckingham on Saturday, August 17, before a return to league action on Tuesday, August 20, at Wallingford & Crowmarsh.
The Lowther Road-based side will play their first home match in the FA Vase against Cheltenham Saracens on the weekend of August 24/25.
Bank holiday Monday, August 26, will see another short trip to face Virginia Water in the league, before a trip to north London to face Edgware & Kingsbury on Saturday, August 31.
Due to sharing its ground with Emmbrook & Bearwood Cricket Club, the football team is not able to play home league matches until September.
