An award-winning concert band will launch its 2024 season with a spring concert with a performance in Wokingham.
The programme features a mixture of classical pieces, and popular selections from stage and screen. It includes excerpts from works such as a march from the film 1941, 76 Trombones from The Music Man, and The Great Gate of Kiev from Pictures at an Exhibition.
There will also be pieces from Harry Potter films, and the Benedictus part of The Armed Man.
It takes place at All Saints Church in Wiltshire Road, Wokingham on Sunday, March 24, from 6pm. Doors open at 5.15pm.
Tickets cost £13, £7 for students, and free for accompanied under 16s, newcomers (with terms and conditions), and Ukrainian refugees .
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Stepping Stones DS, a charity supporting children and young people with Down syndrome.
