A garage in Twyford is set to come under the hammer at an online property auction next month.
The freehold vacant lock-up garage at The Grove will be sold on August 1 by Auction House London.
The guide price for the lot is £3,000 plus fees.
The auctioneer has described the garage as: “.. situated on a residential road close to local shops and amenities.
“The open spaces of Springfield Park are within easy reach.
“Transport links are provided by Twyford railway station.”
The Twyford property joins similar garages that are currently on the market in Wokingham and Bracknell.
