THE Met Office is forecasting a cold February day on Sunday, and wind chill will make it feel colder still.
The temperature is predicted to be 2ºC when the race starts, but the winds will make it feel like -2ºC.
Thick cloud could fall as drizzle as the race begins and the wind is expected to be around 22mph.
