ARTISTS are invited to submit their work for this year’s Wokingham Arts Trail.
The annual event takes place across the borough over the weekend of September 21 and 22 and preparations are already being made by organisers. It aims to allow members of the public to visit artists’ studios to see art first hand, meet the creators and buy some items.
Entry to each of the venues is free, and usually several artists exhibit from each one. In some places, refreshments are also made available.
A spokesperson said: “Applications are now open and information about the trail and how to apply is available on our website.
“The closing date for applications is Wednesday, March 20. We encourage new artists to apply.”
