Detailed plans to build nearly 40 homes in a village in Berkshire have been submitted.
The project will see 39 homes built following the demolition of an existing house in Winkfield.
Elsewhere, a plan has been submitted to replace a house with four homes at a rural location, and progress is being made on a controversial project for up to 32 homes in Finchampstead.

Development company Elivia Homes has submitted detailed plans to build 39 new homes on a field to the rear of Mushroom Castle in Winkfield Row.
The project involves building two to five-bed homes and one and two-bed flats with access being provided from Gardeners Road.
Outline planning permission was granted last August, and involves the demolition of the White Gates house at the end of Mushroom Castle.
Submitted details include the appearance, landscaping, site layout and scale of the development.
Four homes plan in rural location (Bracknell app 25/00579/FUL)
An applicant has submitted a plan to demolish a house and existing buildings at Oak Tree Farm in rural Binfield to make way for four homes.
The development would create large new homes with nine parking spaces for future occupants.
A new road would provide access to Twyford Road.
The site falls right on the boundary with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
Plan for 32 homes in Finchampstead (Wokingham app 252060)
Detailed plans have been submitted to build up to 32 homes in a backland development of Nine Mile Ride in Finchampstead.
The project has proven controversial as it was approved by the government’s planning inspectorate in March 2022.
It involves the demolition of two existing houses to make way for new homes.
Wokingham Borough Council recently approved essential details for the development, which involve the demolition and construction plan, a road safety audit and tree protection.
Sports pavilion for huge development approved (Wokingham app 251475)
The development company Crest Nicholson has won permission for its plans to build a sports pavilion for the Arborfield Green development.
The pavilion will be located off Princes Marina Drive, with 10 solar panels on the roof and car and cycle parking spaces.
The building will facilitate activities at nearby sports pitches, including football, cricket and tennis.
The plan also includes fixtures for a play area on the site of the pavilion.
