Bracknell Forest Council has sent its response to the project for a third runway at Heathrow Airport.
Stuart Jeffries, the council’s transport strategy manager, said he had “no comments.”
He wrote: “I have, and will, be working closely with the Heathrow Strategic Planning Group on upcoming changes to surface access and also beyond this as that airport looks to grow further in terms of additional flights and flightpaths along with the proposed third runway.”
The council’s transport strategy states that it supports rail access to Heathrow proposals.
Workshop and gym approved for home (Bracknell app 25/00395/FUL)
The owner of a home in Bay Road, Bullbrook, has won permission to install an outhouse in their garden to provide a workshop for personal projects and a small gym space.
A floor plan shows the outbuilding coming with a toilet and sink.
Bracknell Town Council recommended refusal, arguing the outbuilding would be oversized for the purpose it is stated to be used for.
However, Bracknell Forest Council Kevin Lloyd Jones judged that the outbuilding would not result in an adverse impact on the residential amenity of neighbouring properties, and therefore gave it conditional approval.
