Wokingham-based estate agency Quarters has been recognised for its outstanding customer service, winning Best in County at the ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2025, one of the most prestigious events in the UK property industry.
The awards, now in their 22nd year, celebrate the top estate and letting agents across the UK, based entirely on feedback from customers who have gone through the buying, selling or letting process. More than 300,000 customer reviews were considered in this year’s results.
The winners were announced by TV property presenter Phil Spencer at a ceremony held at Grosvenor House, London, attended by over 1,100 of the UK’s leading property professionals.
Speaking at the event, Mr Spencer — who has hosted the ESTAS since their launch in 2003 — said:
“As someone who’s had the privilege of hosting these awards for over two decades, I’ve seen first-hand how The ESTAS can truly transform not just businesses—but lives.
What makes these awards so special is simple: they’re based entirely on customer feedback. Real voices. Real experiences. These aren’t just trophies; they’re symbols of trust.”
ESTAS founder Simon Brown said the awards highlighted the importance of people in the property industry.
“In a world increasingly obsessed with artificial intelligence and algorithms, it’s easy to forget that the property industry is, and always will be, a people business,” he said.
“Technology may help us streamline processes, crunch data and even predict the market, but it can’t replace empathy, trust or the human touch that defines our profession.”
Nick Harris, co-founder of Quarters, said the recognition was particularly meaningful because it came directly from clients.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be recognised in this year’s ESTAS,” he said. “It means so much to us as we know it’s our customers who have judged our performance. We have always been proud of the personal service we offer, and this proves we are delivering what we promise.”
Other winners were recognised across regional and national categories, including the National Grand Prix Awards for the UK’s best single-agent offices in sales and lettings.
