WITH school being out for summer, a Wokingham garden centre will be running a range of activities for youngsters to enjoy.
Squire’s, on Heathlands Road, is holding its Create & Grow sessions on Mondays, between 9.30am and 12.30pm.
These include a 20-minute painting activity based on a different wildlife theme. Places cost £3, and can be booked online or in store.
And children can take away a free wildlife-themed activity sheet, with a different theme for each week. They include puzzles such as word searches, spot the difference, and mazes. Stickers are available for completed sheets.
Sarah Squire, Chairman of Squire’s Garden Centres, said: “We’re delighted to welcome young visitors back to our centres for some fun summer holiday activities, which will take just the right amount of time to keep little ones busy.
“We are sure the wildlife-themed activities will hit the right note with children who are very aware of their natural surroundings and want to help nature thrive.”
