Average house prices in Wokingham rose by 4.6% during the 12 months ending March 2025, according to newly released government data.
The average price of houses sold in Wokingham stood at £495,272, up from £473,284 a year earlier.
Across England, the average price of a property was £296,000, representing a year-on-year rise of 6.7%
The data also revealed that during January 2025, a total of 139 properties were transacted compared with 162 in January 2024.
