A Wokingham man was remanded in custody on charges of theft and other offences.
Shane Stewart, aged 27, of Ashridge Road in Wokingham, was charged on Friday, July 21, with six counts of theft from a motor vehicle, four counts of fraud by false representation, two counts of vehicle interference and one count each of theft from a shop and handling stolen goods.
The charges relate to offences in Wokingham and Reading between April and July, and came as the result of an investigation by Thames Valley Police.
Stewart appeared at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Friday, where he was further remanded in custody. He is due to appear at the same court on Thursday (27/7).
