WOKINGHAM’S annual May Fayre takes place today, offering the borough its first chance to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III.
Parts of Wokingham town centre will be closed to traffic to allow the event to take place in safety.
There will be the usual charity stalls and games, food stalls and street entertainment throughout the day.
A children’s zoo, ferret racing, and circus performers will all add to the fun.
The event is organised by Wokingham Lions, and the full programme can be seen here.
There are also some timed entertainments to enjoy, featuring local groups of all ages.
The main stage is on Denmark Street side of the town hall.
