A WOMAN in her seventies has died as a result of her injuries sustained in a road traffic collision.
The incident happened on the A4130 Henley Road in Rosehill, close to Remenham and Cockpole Green, on Friday, November 3, around 4.15pm.
Thames Valley Police said that a black Mercedes E220 was travelling in the direction away from Remenham Hill when it was involved in a collision with a white Mercedes GLC, a black Honda Civic, a grey Audi A1 and a Volvo XC90.
A man in his thirties who was also taken to hospital at the time has since been discharged.
The family of the women who has died are being supported by specially trained officers.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Joy Jarvis, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: “Our thoughts are with the woman’s family and friends at this difficult time.
“We are continuing to investigate this collision and I would re-appeal to anyone who may have witnessed what happened or who has dash-cam that may help our investigation, to please come forward.
