A CELEBRATION of food, music and beer is coming to Yateley next weekend.
The Blackwater Valley Cask & Cork Festival will be held at Sean Devereux Park and is organised by Yateley Sports Community Interest Company.
Bands performing are well-known on the local music scene, including Savour The Flavour, Graffiti Child and Arachna on Friday, September 1.
There are two sessions on Saturday, September 2. In the afternoon, StEm, Click!, and Chase 15 perform, while in the evening The Spirals, Tequila Chase, and Mighty Lemons are the acts.
Beers come from local companies including Ascot Brewing, Bond Brews, Hogs Back, Indigenous, and Mysterious Brewing.
There will also be ciders, wines, and soft drinks. All are available by purchasing tokens at £1 each, with different drinks costing a different number of tokens.
Staffed by volunteers, the event is from the same team that holds the annual Gig on the Green event, and is raising funds for a new sports and wellness facility which will also house Yateley Football Club.
Entry is £10 in advance or £12 on the door, or £3 for under 18s attending the Saturday afternoon session – the only one minors are permitted entry.
