The First Days charity has received a donation of 50 quilts thanks for the handiwork of a group of ladies in Wokingham.
The group, the Emmbrook Quilters, have been meeting for 19 years.
Orgainsier Simone McGee told Wokingham Today the group, which usually numbers about 16, meet every Friday in Emmbrook.
She said: “Our ladies all need a purpose in life. Many of them have made things for their own children and this year’s donation of 50 quilts is on top of the 38 we made for the last year.
