The parking payment provider Ringo is reported to be down across the country this morning.
Several motorists said they were unable to use the service in Wokingham car parks this morning.
A Wokingham Borough council spokesperson said: “The machines in place at all Wokingham Borough Council car parks accept coin and card payments.
“RingGo is an alternative method of payment not the only method of payment.”
